Battery in a Primary Kit

This kit has what you need to hide a small battery inside of your BDL primary on a Shovel/Evo with a kick-only 4 speed.
The battery used is a small motorcycle battery from a dirt bike, and is available at most auto parts chains, like Auto-Zone. Unfortunately, I cannot sell or ship the battery, but I can assist you in finding the right one. I have been running this set up for 2 seasons, and it has proven totally reliable.
Included is a 3/16″ plate inner motor to trans plate, battery box with clamp and rubber isolator pad, outer plate to hide the battery, and the associated mounting hardware, stand-offs, etc.
The outer cover can also be cut-out with shapes, logos, etc, to your specs.
Coil Mount Switch Box

This box mounts to the existing coil mounts on a standard Big Twin seat post, and holds two switches. Can be mounted in other locations by attaching bungs to the frame.
Trans Mount Battery Box

Brand New! Trans Mount Battery Box that will allow you to mount any 4L or 5L series battery to your 4 speed trans. No welding required, and the mount will work on any 4 speed trans from 1936-1985. Fits swingarm frames as well as hardtails. Comes complete with the mount and battery hold-downs. KICK START ONLY! And, yes – it clears the release arm too. Remember, kids – this is a custom part. Interference with exhaust or oil tanks are possible, so if in doubt – ask questions!

This little coil mount is designed to be used on Big Twins (Shovel or Evo) with open belt primary drives. It relocates the coil directly above the front drive pulley, and fits most standard coils. Tested for thousands and thousands of miles on my Muskrat, this mount is unlike any other and will not fail.
