Forward Control Adapters

These adapters will allow you to run a set of 2000 and newer “factory take-off” controls on your ’99 and back frame. The take-offs blend in nicely on a hardtail, and work great. My bracket also includes a spring catch for the kick-stand.
7 1/2″ Mini Brake Kit
Price: $895.00
This is the same front caliper kit I developed for my “X-15” Chop-Off bike.
The kit comes with a 7 1/2″ diameter stainless steel rotor, a polished stainless steel caliper bracket for a springer front end, a polished aluminum 2 piston caliper, and a brake anchor rod. This is a custom kit that is made to order, so please allow time in your schedule if you’re considering it.
Do not expect to do stoppies with this kit, but it works surprisingly well for its size.
Banana Caliper replacement kit
Price: $245.00
This caliper will allow you to replace that leaking, rattling, squealing banana caliper. It requires you to shave 1/4″ off the left side wheel spacer and change your master cylinder to a 5/8″ bore. It runs on DOT5 fluid, and can be used with your stock rotor. It utilizes a late model 2 piston floating sportbike caliper, and parts are readily available from any sportbike dealer.
“Old School” Rear Caliper Kit

These brand new “retro looking” 2 piston Calipers will look great on your “Old School” Bobber or Chop. They will stop you without any rattles or squealing, and the pads are readily available at any Sport Bike Shop.
The bracket is stainless steel, and can be shined to a mirror finish. Available for 10″ or 11 1/2″ rotors, and for 3/4″ axles.
Builder’s Brake Kit
Price: $480.00
Front and rear kits are available separately, or as a package deal. Shown is a caliper and bracket for the front of an ’84 to ’99 41mm front end with an 11 1/2″ rotor, and a rear for most applications with an 11 1/2″ rotor.
Kit includes (2) used (very low mileage) Tokico 4 piston calipers, (2) brackets, 10mm banjo bolts (same as stock HD), attachment hardware, rear brake anchor rod, and a tab to weld to the rear frame rail to accept the anchor rod. Total package price: $480.00 plus $15 for shipping. (This is a 5 percent savings over separate purchase pricing).
Kits are available for most applications, and at different levels of completeness. Options: less calipers, less anchor rod, less tab, etc. (Contact directly for that order)
Info needed to order: year and model of front end, diameter of rotor, bike style (rigid big twin, swingarm frame, etc.), rear rotor diameter, rear axle size, and location desired for caliper(6:00, 9:00, 12:00, etc.). Call me with any questions regarding placing an order.

These Dual Rear Caliper assemblies look BAD ASS! Available for 10″ or 11 1/2″ rotors. Price includes bracket, (2) calipers, (2) 10mm banjo bolts for brake lines (same as HD), and hardware to attach calipers to the bracket. (Anchor Rod and Tab extra)
Front Caliper Kits

These kits will put some serious stopping power on the front of your scooter. Available for most 41mm front ends. Shown is a kit for an ’84 to ’99 41mm Wideglide.
Kit includes: Tokico 4 piston Caliper, mounting bracket, hardware to attach caliper to bracket, and a 10mm banjo bolt for the brake line (same fitting as an HD).
Note: Front caliper will need to be spaced away from the bracket slightly to center it on the rotor in some applications. This is a simple procedure – call for details.
Single Caliper Rear Kits

Rear kits available for most applications. Caliper can be mounted in the 12:00 position, as well as the 6:00 position. Right side mounts (big twin) as well as Sportster left side mounts. Available for 10″ or 11 1/2″ rotors too.
Kit includes: Tokico 4 piston Caliper, stainless steel mounting bracket, hardware to attach caliper to bracket, and a 10mm banjo bolt for the brake line (same fitting as an HD).
Anchor rods available separately.

Rear Brake Anchor Rods

These stainless steel Anchor Rods are adjustable and available in several different lengths: 5 3/4″ – 6 3/4″, 7 3/4″ – 8 3/4″, 9 3/4″ – 10 3/4″, and 11 3/4″ – 12 3/4″
They no longer have flats machined into the rod, as it was unnecessary and too costly. The rods feature high quality 3/8″ spherical rod ends.
