Brass Knuckle Tailight

I did a limited production run of these pains-in-the-neck to produce Brass Knuckle Taillights. They are expensive and time consuming to make, but they are high quality and very bright. Machined and polished from 6061 aluminum, and lit with 100.00 worth of LED lights.
I sell the light by itself for 425.00 plus shipping, and I sell it with just about any style of mounting bracket for 475.00 plus shipping. Sidemounted on the axle, weld-on sidemount, fender mount, or ? Just choose the “custom mounting” option and then specify how you want in the form to the right.
Singleshot Sidemount Taillight

This new sidemount taillight and license plate bracket mounts to the upper rear left fork leg on your Hardtail frame with (2) fishmouthed bungs (supplied in kit).
It was used on my “X-15” Chop-off bike, as well as the LeRoy Thompson winning Discovery Build-Off bike and Brew Bikes winning “Flat out Flatty”.
It functions as a taillight and brakelight, and is brighter than a stock light.

4 speed Tranny Test Nut

Have you ever rebuilt a 4 speed, and wished you could bench test it before you installed it back into the bike? Now you can!
This nut threads onto the mainshaft of a 4 speed trans, and allows you to attach a half-inch drill motor to it so the trans can be run. This allows you to be sure the shift forks are properly aligned, as well as test for leaks.
Bolt-On Stainless Steel Seat Hinge

Now you can have the best Seat Hinge in the business, without having to weld it to your frame. This new seat mount is identical to our Original Stainless Steel Seat Hinge, but the pivot mount bolts into your frame. The bolt-in mount is available in (2) styles: one is perfectly flat, and the other is formed to fit a variety of aftermarket frames that have a break down the middle of the backbone.

Wingnut Axle Adjusters

These axle adjusters are standard 3/8″-24 thread, and 100 percent stainless steel. They come polished with jam nuts. They offer 3 1/2″ of adjustment, and retail for 30.00 plus 7.00 S&H.
Invisible Seat Hinge

In answer to those who want to hide the seat hinge under the nose of the seat, I offer this new version of my bullet-proof seat hinge.
It bolts to most aftermarket solo seats, and features the same bronze bearing construction, with a “flat” top so it can hide beneath the seat.

Mid Control Mounts

These plates are a great start to building your own mid controls, and will work with an open belted Shovel/Evo and a 4 speed trans. Each side is prick-punched for a peg location so that your pegs will be in line on both side of the bike, and you can adjust the location up or down as desired. Laser cut in steel, of course!
Muskrat Seat kit

This seat kit is designed for the builder who wants a custom made seat. The pan is laser cut from 10 ga. steel, formed, and receives a built-in nose hinge assembly that utilizes my bearinged pivot tube. The hinge plates are stainless steel, so the pan can be powdercoated and the hinge polished. The spring mounts are welded onto the pan, and are threaded to allow the springs to be affixed. Pan size is 13″ long by 10 1/2″ wide.

The kit includes a raw seat pan/hinge assembly, a set of weld-on spring bungs, and a set of 3″ seat springs.
Bolt-on seat hinge to mount on Backbone

This new hinge mount will allow you to mount to the 1 1/2″ diameter backbone tubing on your frame. It is curved for a perfect fit, and easy installation. Shown with a standard seat hinge, but it is also available with the invisible hinge too.
